They never followed up with me. No emails or phone calls. In fact, they still shipped my order to me and did NOT even send an email notification that it had shipped

I ordered online using my paypal. We just moved and as soon as I ordered, I realized my paypal was my old address.

I tried changing online with no luck, tried canceling my order and no luck... I called customer service to change my address and they would not do so. I then requested to cancel my order and they told me they would request my order he canceled, but since I called back in SIX minutes and not 1-2 minutes to cancel my order, i missed my deadline. They told me my order could ship to my old address if they don’t cancel it.

They told me that if I don’t my receive my order I can then call back and get store credit. I call this process ridiculous and they lost my business.
