Refund on gift card
I received a gift card from Bath and body. I placed an order online to pick up in the store when I came to the store to pick up the items they said my order had been canceled due to no longer having merchandise my refund was not added back to my gift card

Problem at store
They have not gotten back with me. They are ignoring me
It was disturbing and unprofessional
The store clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I spent $165 plus dollars.
I have been very loyal to Bath and Body Works. She was so inappropriate and I am very dissatisfied.

Preferred solution: I would like to be appreciated by bath and body works. I would like to shop and spend my money with happiness and not be disrespected and treated rudely by the staff. I am not happy with my interaction on yesterday.

Opened item
Its no doubt that I was disappointed with my shipment because it was a big mess! One of the body wash was opened and wasted all over everything in my box and one spray item had no spray top on it.
Not to mention that some of the items I was giving as Christmas gifts had to be washed and some of the labels were soaked partially (not a good look for a gift.) Now I have to purchase something else quickly to give as gifts. Not happy about that.
Customer service employee was very apologetic and offered to send me item damaged that was in stock. I understand things happen doing shipment so with that said I still love my bath and body products!

They made a charge to my account saved on their site without informing me the reason . The way some of my packages arrive destroying some products.
Tell me why U took money out of the saved account I have with BBW? If I owe money tell me 1st before U take money.
I called more than 1x but never got a straight answer to why they took money out of my account. Some of my products come in broken leaking all over the box & last box that came in looks like they punched *** on side.

Broken candles

Favorite Fragrance
Bath & Body Works is my favorite app to shop for my favorite fragrance. The prices are affordable and shipping time is faster than expected. They have a wide variety of different fragrances to choose from.

Wrong order
I was offered a call back but didn't hear back. I waited all day..its close to 8 hours that I accepted a call back

I had too many items in my shopping cart and it wasnt allowing me to shop to check out. You can only have 24 items per order and I wasnt aware of this until the gracious wonderful customer service agent told me this and help me work out my problem.
