Can’t get into the rewards account
When I try to set up the account it says that email is already taken so if I try to sign in it wont take my password and I have tried to reset the password and still not wirking

Can I please get something worth $6 with the money left on my gift card? I've been asking since this happened last year, and I remember having had $6 and some change left since I did the gift card online.
I don't remember anything else as it's been a year ago, but I know I had money left with you all. Please, look up my information using my email, as that's all the information I can provide. Issue not resolved! I cannot use the app and no longer receive any coupons by mail.
In-store personnel are unable to get the app to work. I have been a loyal customer for years and I don't receive any coupons anymore.

Five star excellent
It was easy to resolve my issue. The representative was very friendly and very helpful. She resolved my problem to my satisfaction.
I have not received my package and I ordered two months ago
I ordered five of the hand soaps or size for $26 and I ordered them a few months ago and I have not received them yet. I need to talk with somebody because I already paid for it and I have not got it.
I have always ordered some bath and body Works and my thing has arrived. Yes it does usually take a while but this has been ridiculous.
User's recommendation: Go in the store and get your product do not order it online

I have called every phone number that said 'live customer service'. The package was not ordered by me, and I do not want it.
I want to return it unopened. There was no one to let me know how to return it. Can you help me at all? I do not want it and I do not know who sent it.
I feel very distressed over this. I have ordered from B&B before without a problem.

No one answers the phone.
I received a defective wallflower nightlight. I called the customer service number and after 27 mins, the phone goes dead.
I called again thinking it was just a poor connection, but nope it did it again. After two hours of this crap, Im done.
They just lost a good customer unless they answer my email. I really like their products but poor customer service is a deal breaker.
Gift Card PIN number
Actually it was my mistake. I Was making an order online using a Gift card so had to enter the card number plus PIN number.
After entering the card number (4 sets of numbers with 4 numbers each) there was a 3 digit number so I entered it as the PIN. This was not correct and I did not know the PIN was covered up with a sticky strip that was supposed to be removed to reveal the PIN. When talking to the customer service rep I told him that the PIN was invalid and he said to go into the store to purchase my items. He did not mention anything about removing the strip to get the PIN.
I found this out from the store rep when explaining to her my issue. If the customer service rep had asked if the strip was removed the issue would have been resolved without me going to the store.
Great Customer Service
Problem was handled quickly and items damaged are being replaced. I am very satisfied with the way things were handled.

I made two recent purchases and my points did not budge. When I called I was told there was no way of me viewing my points because theres an issue with the system but that he can tell me if I had any rewards. Id like to see my points and to keep track of them.

I am very upset. I have yet to talk with someone about my broken candle.
My Strawberry Pound Cake candle was broken in multiple pieces. No one seems to want to help me. I would love a call or email telling me something. So Im not happy with Bath and Body works.
I buy lots of products from here. But Im not sure now.
