Very confused. Placed one order on 10/6.
My husband has an account as well as both of my grown daughters, and I placed an order for $800 and spent hours trying to get it to take my order, and things kept disappearing in the shopping cart. It kept emptying, and all my rewards were disappearing. When I would get to the end, it would say your card is empty. It wouldn't take my card information.
It said oops something went wrong. So my husband and I sat there for 3 to 4 hours trying to duplicate the order. I finally switched to my daughter's sign-in and tried it again, thinking something was wrong with my page. It did the same thing: oops something went wrong.
Your bag is empty, no confirmation number that always shows up or anything. I said, well, I guess I saved several hundred dollars today because nothing went through. I noticed the next day all kinds of charges pending on my credit cards, as I had used two separate cards thinking that was the issue as well. I mainly called and spent hours on 10/7, as I could not get a response to any calls I made on 10/6 to see if they would take a phone order.
On 10/7, I spoke to Jeremy. He told me my order was already in the warehouse, packed, and going out so I could not cancel it. I am just getting orders in the past few days. It's almost 10 days out.
I live in Missouri, and we order a ton of product each month, and we usually get it within 48 hours at the longest. It took 14 days to get the order, and it is sending me damaged products, leaking products, and missing products. There is no way to track what I even ordered because you no longer send an invoice. When I told Jeremy that, he said, oh, we always send them.
I said, Jeremy, I order on a monthly if not weekly basis, and they haven't sent them in about two years. I have $4000 worth of charges this month on my credit card statement. When I log into my account, I can always see what I ordered, but these pages are blank, so I have no idea how to fix this or how to return something that I don't know how much I paid for. I've called several representatives, and each one told me that the orders were on their way.
I have been on the phone with them for greater than 10 hours or more with no resolution offered, and now I have over $4000 worth of charges and I have no idea what is supposed to be in the boxes. Could someone please assist me with a list of what should have arrived? Thank you so much. Like I said, we have four big accounts through Bath & Body Works, and we spend thousands of dollars on each account almost monthly.
My husband is in charge of human resources for Pepsi and buys all of his product for secretaries, etc., through BBW. The same goes for myself, as I purchase a large quantity for my staff members. I am an education director at a large hospital, and I also make all of my baskets and gifts for all my nursing staff as well as educators throughout the year. Of course, my family are big users of all the products as well.
Each shipment gets there are more broken and leaking products. I just throw them in a box and call it done. But this is absolutely ridiculous. I've got boxes leaking everywhere.
We put trash bags underneath them because they were all leaking on my hardwood floor. Got broken glass and multiple boxes. I haven't unpacked most of them because I need a complete list of products that should have arrived. I have asked for this several times and no one can help me.
I talked to my banker this morning, and I am ready to put a hold on all of these orders because I only placed one order and they duplicated it three times or more, and none of that showed up until the next day. But again, no word of shipping or no pictures or list to look at. I don't like to use the word pissed, but I'm very disappointed as well as my husband and daughters. If someone could please assist me with this, I would greatly appreciate it.
I would like a phone call back as I have been on hold, as well as my husband and daughter for hours in the past two weeks trying to correct this error.
I was told there was a glitch in the system that day, and I'm OK with that, but that's not my fault and I want this taken care of. Thank you for any response and help that you can give me.

For two weeks now I cannot access my account to shop, I get oops, something went wrong ,the Dismiss
I have called Tech support numerous times ( none in the USA) they said there was an issue but it's been fixed , just change your password and it's fine.No it's not, the link to change my password doesn't go anywhere and I cannot use any of my rewards or coupons.I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling but nothing works. The stores can't help , just tech support and they are useless.I really would like to speak to someone in the USA so I can continue shopping with this company.

Your online ordering didn't work correctly for me. I called customer service 4 times.
Each time they told me what to do, and each time it still did not work!
I even asked if they would please take my order, but they wouldn't! Now the sale is over.

The 3 phone numbers I called for Customer Service did not give an option to speak with a representative. The options were not anything to do with answering customre questions.
Called customer service and the options were not given for rewards customers. My rewards were shown on the app last week, were not expired and are not showing now.

When I received my package 2 items were cracked open
I was pissed of course so I called Bath and Body Works and they graciously replaced the two items. No problem.
So the phone all was short and painless.
So shout out to customer care! Awesome job!

I placed an order with Bath and Body Works around December 6th and was supposed to receive my order before December 19th. I tracked the order, which stated it was delivered to my house on December 16th.
However, no order was delivered that day. Being a stay-at-home mom, I immediately called them and claimed that no order was delivered on the 16th. They stated they would send out the order again. I stated as long as I have it before Christmas, it would be fine.
However, they told me they could not promise me that it would be here before Christmas. I then requested a refund on December 16th. I was told the refund would take 3 to 5 days. Today's date is December 27th and I still have not received my order or refund.
I've called 34 times with no success. I was told the refund would be expedited but it has not been. I'm upset because they've had my money tied up since December 6 and in my view, that money is now earning interest while they sit on it. I expect some form of compensation for the delay.
Two separate employees, including a supervisor named Miguel, hung up on me on December 20th. He told me I would get my money when I get it. This upset me greatly. I receive social security of $921 a month and $212 is a significant amount for me.
The candles I ordered were meant to be Christmas gifts for the majority of my family to complement the Bath and Body Works items. This situation left me in a bind. I didn’t appreciate that at all. I told them they should both send out the candles and give me the refund.
So far, nothing has been done and no offers have been made.
I will never shop at Bath and Body Works again, especially since they use paraffin wax which I consider a toxin. Instead, I will shop at Goose Candles and take my business elsewhere.

This fragrance is so refreshing, but it is never restocked. What's the problem?
Please supply what the customer likes. This product is being sold on Amazon for $18 and $21 per spray.
How do they have it, and you, the manufacturer, never have it in stock? Please, could you restock this fragrance Rose Water and Ivy concentrated spray?

You are crazy if you only receive $921/month and spent $212. What is even crazier is it sounds like you don’t have/didn’t use a credit card and this came out of living expenses.

Had you used a credit card you could dispute the charge AND most importantly Shortbus, the charge would fall off. While waiting for it to fall off, it wouldn’t be impacting your finances. You probably don’t qualify for a credit card so the money came immediately out of your bank account. Keep mouthing off about others not thinking things through.
As for not working with a full deck? That’s the person only getting $921/month and spending $212 of it at Bath and Body Works.
