I thought it was a good idea to get a gift through Bath & Body Works, made a nice bundle, marked it as a gift, placed the order on 12.11, all was well... Till I just received (12.13) two e-mails saying that the main part/gift set is no longer in stock so they canceled it, and that they shipped the rest...
No warning, no notification, no stating that they could maybe replace it with something else?
And my secret santa recipient is just gonna receive 2 unrelated "side" items. (Will be nice to explain that) And the best part is, the item they canceled because its not in stock and obviously "they can't do magic and make it reappear" (as per their e-mail) is still shown in stock on the website and can be added to basket.
