I sent an e mail asking which hand soaps would fit into a pretty sleeve that I have had for about 2 years. I was told that those soap containers were discontinued as customers like new items, therefore, my sleeve would no longer be usable.

She went on to say she was sorry that my transition was so difficult for me, are you kidding me? I will not buy another sleeve as it would be useless in the future. I hope this person never has an event in her life that causes a real "transition".

I was told I could return it to the store for a $2 credit. I will not do so.

The very same thing happened to me. I bought 5 sleeves and the next season the soaps wouldn’t fit so basically they are totally unusable after only a year.

They aren’t exactly cheap either. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have made new pretty designs in the same form as the ones the previous year.

I gave some as gifts and now the recipients can’t use them either. It feels like an outright scam.
