Because I have a question

I went to pick up my online order and decided I would buy three or four additional candles since I had only purchased 10 to begin with. I know theres a limit of 24 however when I arrived at the store and asked where they were a lady had been allowed to buy the entire table of candles, which was hundreds She takes them, and Resells them at her store.

Its just very frustrating that you go into make a purchase and every candle with the exception of maybe two dozen is gone and its because she probably forgot to pick up the bag that those candles were in and they were just left sitting on the floor never in all the years Ive gone to purchase things for sale. Have I ever seen anything like that or seen it allowed to happen

Preferred solution: Yes, I would like to see bath and body no longer allow this to happen. This happened in Baton Rouge. It would be nice if all stores were notified to stick to the limit.

You need to follow up with corporate. They definitely do not allow purchases like that.

Package send to wrong town

Called customer service and was told that the package was at the post office. On Monday I will go and see if the package is there. I gave a poor rating until I received my package because I paid over $70.00 and. I just don't have money to lose on a product I did not receive.

Received two invoices with different prices for the same order

I needed to know if I got charged the regular price, which was what one of the invoices said. Another invoice said I got the sale price of $2.95. Of course this is the one I wanted to go through, not both of them. My only problem with a customer service girl was understanding her English. I didnt quite know at the end if I had my question answered. She was very kind and tried to be so helpful.

User's recommendation: I ordered off of an ad on Facebook. I would never go that route again. I would always use the company website.

Friends and I seen site bath and body on Facebook and they had 3wicj candles for 2.90. the bath and body logo eas on top of page. Scam don't tell me they didn't get calls and should have alerted card

Had not received purchase from several weeks ago as Postal Service stated undeliverable waited for correction, did not occur, but called customer relations whose number I found on your website by the way, and they were great and the product will be resent with no additional charges. Had not received purchase, because according to the shipper, the product was damaged, which I guess bath and body werent aware of until my phone call today although, I think they shouldve been.
